RequirementsBachelor's Degree3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar in an office setting3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications and project management software toolsExperience supporting a high-level executive in a fast-paced, start-up environmentHospitality or event planning experienceSeveral years of professional experience and strong computer literacyAbility to participate in developing project scope, managing project schedules, and following up with stakeholders appropriatelySuperior organizational skills including excellent written and verbal communicationInitiative in resolving problems and an independent worker, with enthusiasm and an energetic approach to workProven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and autonomouslyPosition will require extended hours and weekend workAble to travel for short and extended trips as needed. Up to 25% local travelWhat the job involvesProvide project management and maintain momentum on high-priority projects, including but not limited to, resource planning, onboarding new department members, space planning, and strategy development for efficiencies among teamsCoordinate meetings, manage schedules, make appointments, serve as a point of contact for onsite contractors, screen and delegate incoming calls, and provide other general assistance as requiredOrganize and set up company events such as holiday parties, company picnics and milestone celebrationsPerform potentially confidential and complex administrative duties involving Excel, Word and PowerPoint including, typing letters, creating/updating spreadsheets, and compiling presentationsExhibit a strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to daily schedules and routines, and a focus on efficiency without sacrificing qualityManage the scheduling, coordination, and administration of corporate housingCoordinate and schedule contractors and vendors for regular servicesManage in-house fleet of vehicles, including but not limited to regular maintenance, registrations, and assignmentsProvide general support for various departments, including but not limited to: Executive Leadership, Business Development, Construction Management, Engineering, Production, and Human ResourcesManage company swag, snacks, meals, and employee engagement programs for Bastrop, TXWork with procurement teams to ensure we are running a world-class operation and are always mission-readyThere will be a lot of field work, 50% of the time will be walking around our factory and being a go-to person for company operationsJ-18808-Ljbffr
