We are searching for professionals for the below business requirements for one of our clients.Please send me your updated resume at - .Customer Success ManagerRole OverviewThe Customer Success Manager (CSM) – UiPath is responsible for ensuring customersachieve maximum value and business outcomes from their UiPath automation investments.The role acts as a strategic partner to customers, driving adoption, value realization,retention, and expansion by aligning UiPath capabilities with customer business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Success- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned UiPath customers post-implementation.- Build trusted relationships with business, IT, and automation stakeholders.- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs).Value Realization & Adoption- Define and track customer success plans, KPIs, and ROI.- Identify opportunities to expand automation use cases.- Promote best practices for UiPath governance and scalability.Issue Management & Advocacy- Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans.- Act as a customer advocate coordinating with internal teams.Growth & Retention- Support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.- Identify expansion opportunities within customer accounts.Enablement- Guide customers on Automation CoE setup and maturity.- Educate customers on UiPath roadmap and best practices.Mandatory Skills & Qualifications- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Program Management.- Functional or hands-on understanding of UiPath RPA platform & UiPath Products.- Experience working with enterprise customers.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills- UiPath certifications (Business Analyst, Advanced Developer, Solution Architect).- Exposure to RPA, Intelligent Automation, AI/ML, Process Mining.- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.UiPath Solution Architect: (Remote)Job Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will conduct architectural evaluation, design andanalysis of client Enterprise-wide systems and stimulate apt design discipline to leverageoperation models into RPA solution design models.Roles & Responsibilities:• Conduct Architectural Evaluation, Design and Analysis of Client Enterprise-wide systems.• Ensure RPA Implementation Team delivers robust system solution to Client Operations.• Develop, Enhance and Maintain established service design procedure and process to assureapt and robust Solution.• Work closely with Client Enterprise Architect within Architecture Services team to assureconstant compliance of Client’s strategic blueprints and architecture.• Head responsibility for ongoing suggestions and best practices for UiPath ClientImplementations, Custom Solutions, Product Support, and above all the UiPath EnterprisePlatform itself• Collaborate with IT development team to assure architectural solution could be suitablytranslated into effectual and robust implementation.• Identify customer requirements, analyse alternatives, and conduct solution recommendationsrelated to software, platform, and network configurations.• Assist Sales and Pre-Sales team in their client conversations in order ensure maximumconversions and high-quality dialogue.• Plan, design, and execute complex UiPath Internal and Client Solution Configurations• Ensure testing assistance and guidance to Implementation Team.• Prepare and present test plan, Solution Design, technical presentations, analyst briefings pluswhite papers to respond to different Custom Solution deliverables.Mandate/ Must Requirements: 8 - 12 years of work Experience in IT Industry. 6+ Years of UiPath experience as an Architect. 2-4 years of experience in .NET Suite (C# or VB.net) is must. UiPath RPA Solution Architect Certification and Advanced Developer Certification a must. Develop workflows and custom activities using C#. Prior Work experience/POCs on Studio Pro, Document Understanding, AI Centre, ActionCentre, and/or Computer vision is a big plu. Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems, Process minded, GoodPresentation and communication skills are essential. Previous experience in application or implementation support domain is necessary. Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory. Basic Knowledge on UiPath Deployment Architecture and Cloud platforms Azure/AWS Previous work experience in 3rd Party Integrations with UiPath like Abby, Salesforce,Service Now and/or SharePoint a plus Prior Experience on RFPs, RFQs, estimations and other similar Technical Documentation isa plus. UiPath Certified Professionals ( UCP ) preferred.
