Catering Venue Waitstaff or Maitre'D

Responsibilities:
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Provide exemplary service to guests during weddings, receptions, corporate events, and other special occasions
Serve food and beverages with precision and professionalism
Set up, serve and break down event spaces according to specifications
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to ensure a seamless experience
Customer service skills: Communication is key. You will need to listen to the customer's requests and be sure the customer is satisfied.
Ability to handle constructive criticism positively
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Outstanding people skills, pleasant personality, neat appearance
Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required. We will give full training.
