About the Opportunity:The Change Management Manager is responsible for guiding individuals and teams through transitions related to new processes, technologies, or organizational strategies. This role helps reduce resistance and boost engagement by applying structured methods to ensure changes are understood and embraced. By focusing on human adoption, the position plays a key role in enabling projects and initiatives to meet their business goals effectively.3. Responsibilities:• Define and implement change management strategies for large-scale programs• Advise senior sponsors and cross-functional teams on the impact of changes• Develop advanced tools, templates, and frameworks for enterprise-wide use• Lead stakeholder engagement efforts with high visibility• Assess change effectiveness and conduct post-implementation reviews• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor within the change management community4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience• Advanced degree may be required• 12 or more years of directly related experience• Professional certifications may be necessary• Mastery of Change Management Methodologies, Design Thinking, Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles• Basic proficiency in mixed-method research methodologies• Familiarity with personas, stakeholder mapping, impact analyses, road-mapping, and user experience methodologies• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, negotiation, and collaboration skills• Effective communication abilities at all organizational levels5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Pay range: $112,400 to $149,800 annually• This estimate reflects the base pay range at the time of posting and may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, and geographic location6.
