Finance Manager | HybridWe're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Prepare comprehensive financial and operating reports, alongside conducting analytical projects.• Partner with operations teams to achieve performance targets and uphold robust internal controls.• Oversee key financial functions including cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, and capital expenditures.• Generate and communicate essential financial reports and analysis to leadership.• Manage audits and ensure contract compliance, including SOX and interactions with corporate auditors.• Train and develop finance and operational staff on financial principles and company policies.What You'll Need• Minimum of five years of progressive financial experience, covering AP/AR, payroll, and P&L management.• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, cost controls, and monthly reporting.• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial controls.• Excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a track record of driving process improvements.What's On Offer• Work with a globally recognized organization.• A collaborative environment focused on team development.• Exposure to diverse financial operations in a dynamic industry.• Opportunities for professional growth and development.Apply via Haystack today!
