This on-call role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction and are comfortable representing a trusted pharmacy benefit services manager brand in client-facing environments. This position is on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours.Benefit Educators serve as a knowledgeable and approachable presence at benefit fairs, helping individuals understand their pharmacy benefits, answer high-level questions, and connect with appropriate resources.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport individuals at client benefit fairs and events to deliver a positive member experienceIncrease benefit awareness and engagement through professional attendee interactionsAnswer high-level pharmacy benefit questions and direct attendees to appropriate resourcesDistribute educational and promotional materials during eventsComplete required post-event feedback and reportingTraining & PreparationAttend annual client training covering organization overview, industry knowledge, and educator expectationsParticipate in a 30-minute to 1-hour account-specific training session at least 48 hours before each assigned eventReview client-specific benefit information and talking points prior to eventsWork RequirementsMust reside locally within the assigned Idaho regionReliable transportation and willingness to travel within the area requiredAvailability for as-needed event support, including occasional short-notice assignmentsProfessional attire and demeanor required at all eventsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable engaging individuals one-on-one and in small group settingsProfessional and confident client-facing presenceCustomer service, healthcare, retail, or public-facing experience preferredFamiliarity with benefits, healthcare, or insurance information is a plusLanguages:English (Speak, Read, Write)
