Alliance Health at Marie Esther - Activities AssistantReports to : Activity DirectorJob Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent necessaryIndividualized skills in areas such as crafts, music, education or physical activities helpfulFriendly, outgoing personality, with a warm, caring and patient attitude.Willingness to work as part of a team.Essential Job Functions:Assists in planning and implementation of organized program for recreationProvides a planned resident specific, goal directed recreation program for assigned residents/patients; facilitates small group activities as assigned by the directorEnsure that all charted recreation progress notes are informative and descriptive of the services provided and indicate the residents/patient's response to the service. Assists in developing a written comprehensive plan of care for each resident/patient recreation program that identifies the problems/needs of the resident/patient and the goals to be accomplished for each problem/need.
