Your job duties will include customer and vendor communication, dispatch scheduling,CRM and CMMS system management, and technician support. Manage technical challenges and coordinate dispatch for commercial and industrial scale solar PVsystems. Maintain high safety standards by clear guidance and strict policy enforcement. Strong attention to detail. Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner. Set clear and reasonable expectations with customers. Desire to maintain continued professional development. Coordinate system access with on-site personnel prior to dispatching technicians asrequired. Maintain and update customer records and site information in our CRM and CMMSplatforms. Monitor work order ticket queue and prioritize time sensitive issues. Exercise flexibility and collaboration to manage a dynamic and fluid work environment. Support team with solar PV system monitoring and weekend coverage when team members are out ofoffice or unavailable.How We Work Together Provide proactive and timely communication with our customers and team members. Experience with solar PV and electrical systems is desired but not required.Work Schedule, Compensation And Benefits Company provided computer. This position will be required to provide on-call coverage on Saturdays (~2 hours of work) on arotating basis. Compensation will be dependent on experience, certifications, and licenses.
