Commercial Roofer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Commercial Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various roofing techniques and materials, with a focus on commercial projects. Duties - Perform roof installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial buildings - Work with various roofing materials such as metal and single-ply membranes - Conduct inspections to identify roof issues and recommend solutions - Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at heights Experience - Prior experience in commercial roofing - Ability to perform heavy lifting as required - Knowledge of schematics for roof layouts - Skills in welding, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, masonry, carpentry, drywall, remodeling, and concrete forming are advantageous Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $24.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: Construction: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
