Client Services Officer

Client Services OfficerWe are seeking for a Client Services officer to join our APIC team. This position is responsible for providing accurate and efficient service to our clients via email, secure message, or virtual communication. This position will require to maintain expected standard of client service, product sales, referrals, and accuracy of account maintenance processed in compliance with Bank guidelines.Responsibilities include:React proactively to clients' requests and ensure service level is in line with bank standardsHandle client's issues and escalate when appropriate according to manager's guidanceAssist team in achieving sales targets through referrals or cross-selling while providing servicesProvide non-cash transaction, support team administrative and operational duties and adhere to control procedures and internal guidelinesTake ownership of clients' issues and follow problems through to resolutionBuild and maintain relationship with clients through our digital platformPerform other duties as required and assignedQualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent education and related experience preferred5+ years of experience in virtual branch or retail banking environmentExperience in providing client supportAdvanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skillsStrong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skillsKnowledgeable of bank functions and understanding of bank products and services, including the rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.Compensation range for this position is USD $71,000.00/Yr. - USD $80,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
