Required Skills & Experience• Must have Oracle/Cerner Millenium experience, other candidates need not apply• Experienced Oracle/Cerner Millenium Integration Architect.• Expert level understanding of all Cerner build tools (e.g. Bedrock, DTA Wizard, DCP Tools, etc.)• Knowledge of integration platforms and tools (e.g., Mirth, Open View, Olympus, iBus).Job DescriptionThe Integration Architect III will lead the domain strategy and manage cross-solution dependencies within the organization. This role demands effective communication, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of industry-specific knowledge. A strong background in enterprise architecture and system integration are essential for success in this role.The Integration Architect III is responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions for seamless data exchange across an array of systems. This individual will plan, coordinate, develop, and supervise all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the organization’s business requirements.As a key architect, collaboration is pivotal, as the IA will work closely with the Application Support Analyst to oversee the design, implementation, and management of software applications that support hospital operations. This role is critical for maintaining optimal functionality, performance, reliability, and fault tolerance of the hospital's primary EMR system, various third-party applications, and other IT-dependent business functions.In addition to technical expertise, the Integration Architect III serves as a positive leader within the IT team and among other analysts. Acting as a mentor, this individual provides guidance, shares knowledge, and sets high standards for best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential to oversee this role effectively.Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000 with relocation package/incentives
