Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the safe, efficient movement of vessels delivering petroleum products across multiple U.S. regions. This person will serve as a key point of contact for vessel crews, customers, terminals, vessel agents, and trade partners while helping manage schedules, coordinate deliveries, and keep operations running smoothly.In this role, you will monitor and update logistics software, coordinate vessel movements, communicate with crews and customers, support loading and delivery schedules, assist with order tracking and billing verification, and help resolve issues in real time. This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy position that requires strong communication, customer service, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once.Ideal candidates will have:Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferredMaritime Academy degree strongly preferred1–2 years of logistics experience preferredMaritime industry or operational experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsComfort working overtime and a rotational weekend/holiday schedule when needed
