Technology Lead Location : Bangalore / Chennai / Pune (Hybrid) Experience : 6 years (Minimum 5 years relevant) No. of Openings : 5 Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead to drive data integration and analytics projects using MongoDB , ETL (Informatica IICS) , and JavaScriptThe ideal candidate should have solid expertise in handling data pipelines, ETL processes, and database management, along with experience leading Agile teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers, ensuring smooth delivery of project goals. Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using Informatica IICSManage and optimize MongoDB databases for performance and scalability. Work extensively with JavaScript for scripting, automation, and integration tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines. Drive Agile development practices , including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project delivery timelines. Required Skills & Experience Mandatory Skills MongoDB Advanced database design, optimization, and management. ETL (Informatica IICS) Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL workflows. JavaScript Strong scripting and automation skills. Good to Have Experience with cloud-based data integration platformsFamiliarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices. Exposure to data visualization tools or BI platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 6 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years of relevant expertise in MongoDB, ETL, and JavaScript. Proven track record in team leadership and Agile project deliveryWork Mode Hybrid : Work from Bangalore, Chennai, or Pune.
