Executive Director / AdministratorAmericare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Executive Director / Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of our Assisted Living / Residential Living Community . In this highly visible leadership role, you'll be responsible for fostering a warm, nurturing environment that enhances the quality of life for both residents and team members. You will oversee all aspects of community operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while driving excellence in care, culture, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead with a resident-first mindset, prioritizing compassionate care, safety, and quality of life.Set clear expectations, model accountability, and foster a positive, service-oriented culture.Cultivate a culture of teamwork, transparency, and open communication across all departments.Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of caregivers and support staff.Oversee medical, nursing, and administrative functions to ensure smooth and effective daily operations.Enforce policies and procedures that support high standards of care and regulatory compliance.Develop and manage the community budget, monitor expenses, revenue, and occupancy.Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, revenue growth, and operational improvement.Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families.Engage with the local community to promote Americare's mission and strengthen the community's reputation.Oversee building maintenance, improvements, and equipment upgrades to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and team members.Licensure & CredentialsCurrent state Administrator licensure or certification, as required by state regulations.Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Certified Medication Technician (CMT), if required by the state.Valid driver's license with a good driving record.EducationBachelor's degree preferred.
