This is a full-cycle, individual contributor role responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing complex deals.The ideal candidate has experience selling into healthcare organizations and is comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes, including clinical, financial, and executive audiences.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting through closeBuild and manage a pipeline of healthcare provider opportunitiesIdentify, engage, and multi-thread key stakeholders across clinical, operational, and financial functionsLead discovery, solution alignment, product demonstrations, and contract negotiationsDevelop compelling, value-based sales narratives tied to customer outcomesAccurately forecast pipeline and revenue performanceConsistently meet or exceed quota targetsMaintain CRM discipline (HubSpot) and ensure pipeline visibilityCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, and customer successProvide market and customer feedback to inform product and GTM strategyTravel up to ~20% as neededRequirementsHealthcare sales experience required (selling into health systems, provider organizations, etc.)5–10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or analytics solutionsProven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex sales cyclesExperience navigating multi-stakeholder deals with executive-level buyersStrong understanding of healthcare dynamics (e.g., value-based care, quality metrics, or revenue cycle)Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsHighly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a growth-stage environmentMust be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.Nice to Have Background in healthcare specialty markets such as Radiology or Emergency Medicine highly preferredExperience selling healthcare analytics or data platformsFamiliarity with HubSpot or similar CRM toolsExperience in a startup or high-growth environment
