Our team manages every stage of development, from site selection and entitlement to delivery and long-term stewardship, aligning design, capital, and operations for impactful results.As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership and ensuring seamless daily operations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help drive efficiency and enable executives to focus on strategic priorities.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating and managing calendars, meetings, and travel logistics for senior executives, prioritizing engagements and optimizing time utilizationOrganizing and supporting governance and administrative tasks, including board materials, contract routing, records management, and expense reportingFacilitating end-to-end meeting coordination, including agenda preparation, invites, materials distribution, and follow-upsEnsuring accurate and timely handling of administrative operations to enable seamless leadership functionsRequirementsRequired Qualifications:Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives as an Executive Assistant or in a similar roleExperience managing complex executive calendars and scheduling meetings across multiple stakeholdersExperience coordinating executive travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and itinerary changesExperience organizing meetings end-to-end, including agendas, invites, materials distribution, and follow-upsExperience with administrative operations such as contract routing, records management, and expense reportingProficiency with Microsoft 365 (including Outlook), Google Workspace, Teams or Zoom, and document management toolsAuthorized to work in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting board or governance processes, including preparing board materials and managing board portalsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceProficiency with expense reporting tools such as ConcurBenefitsComprehensive health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement plan with company matchingPaid time off and paid holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative on-site work environment
