Line Cook with Saute & Grill Experience

Saute and grill experience is a must! As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every plate meets our standards for presentation and flavor. We are looking for someone with solid grill and saute experience!
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Experience on Broiler\Charbroiler.
Ensure all food is prepared safely and meets health regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Assist with meal preparation for special events and catering services.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation tasks.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Help train new kitchen staff in food handling and preparation techniques.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the dietary department or fine dining environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
Proficient in meal preparation techniques and use of kitchen equipment.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight guests.
Certification in food safety or culinary arts is a plus but not required.
