As a Manager of OCC Health you will as a subject matter expert and provide expertise managing and mentoring occupational health center leadership staff. The role establishes processes for continuous improvement and lean transformation in practice financial performance, productivity, patient and physician satisfaction. The Manager of Occupational Health also ensures regulatory compliance.Essential Job FunctionsAssists in preparing annual operating and capital budgets.Accountable for achieving financial budgets, productivity, customer and patient satisfaction surveys.Conducts reporting on a monthly dashboards reporting on quality indicators and tracking financial performance.Provides oversight to all aspects of occupational health services, in collaboration with the clinical providers.Oversees employee health operational services: post offer physicals, injury care management, and annual mandatory regulatory surveillance, if appropriate.Maintains a practice environment where physician or patient concerns are effectively addressed. Implements high customer service standards, best practice models, and patient resolution.Oversees operations and provides support to all offsite occupational health related facilities and services.Maintains good rapport and cooperative relationships with both employees and customers. Approaches conflict in a constructive manner. Helps to identify problems, offer solutions, and participate in effective resolution.Serves as subject matter expert on occupational health and services as the main contact for the account manager, facilitating retention and growth of business through concerted emphasis on client satisfaction, value added proposition, and effective operations.Assists in responding to Request for Proposals.Directs the implementation and operations management of all occupational health employer worksites across the occupational health service line.Ensures occupational health team members are compliant with all mandatory requirements and verifying that all licensed and non-licensed professionals are current with certifications, competencies and credentials.This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
