Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) based in Vacaville, CA. The role involves conducting speech and language assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring client progress. Collaboration with families and caregivers is essential to ensure consistent support outside therapy sessions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, developing materials for intervention, and staying informed on industry best practices. Qualifications Skills in speech and language assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventionProficiency in working with diverse client populations and tailoring therapy plans to individual needsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionalsAbility to maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progressKnowledge of evidence-based practices and a commitment to continued professional developmentDegree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP) or certification for SLPA along with necessary state licensurePrior experience in a clinical, educational, or similar setting is preferredOrganizational and time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively
