Position: End User Computing EngineerLocation: Manhattan NYCDuration : 9-12+ MonthsJD:implementing Claude on Desktop (so Anthropic cloud??) similar to how we have Co-Pilot !· Mac Desktops that employees have don’t have the configuration for the AI Tool that is needed, so they are looking for this resource to help push out these tools to various laptops.· PURELY End-User Computing. This is NOT development.· It is all about knowing about MDM and end user devices to make this project happen.Experience with AI· ex: Implementing Anthropic - Claude from End User Computing perspective at a small enterprise· this person will be the clients GO TO person. Essentially that they have that capability and personalityJD:Required Skills:8+ years in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or endpoint managementStrong interest and working knowledge of enterprise AI tools and endpoint requirementsDeep expertise in app packaging and deployment using SCCM, Intune, Jamf Pro, MDT, and macOS/Windows formatsStrong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Autopilot, and modern device management experienceProficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python automationSolid Windows 10/11, macOS, AD, Group Policy, and endpoint security knowledgeExperience creating deployment metrics, dashboards, and operational documentationStrong troubleshooting, process design, and communication skills*Background check required*Nice to have skills:Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industryFamiliarity with Jamf Pro, Ubantu, Munki, and macOS enterprise management platformsHands-on experience with AI coding assistants, LLM-based tools, or AI development environments at the desktop levelRelevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Jamf Certified Tech/Admin, or ITIL FoundationOpen seat description:We are seeking an End User Computing Engineer with strong endpoint engineering skills and a passion for AI enablement. Embedded within the EUC team, this role serves as the primary liaison to the AI team, owning packaging, deployment, configuration, and standards across Windows and macOS. The role focuses on deploying and supporting enterprise AI tools, advising stakeholders, troubleshooting endpoint-level issues, and helping define best practices for AI adoption. You will partner closely with AI, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure AI tools are secure, performant, compliant, and user-ready at scale.
