Job SummaryThe Closing Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing all store operations and personnel during shifts. You will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure the store presentation is clean and professional, and manage cash handling and office paperwork when opening and closing. This position also entails CGO functions such as receiving inventory and managing damages. Minimum Required Qualifications:At least one year of related management experience; an associate degree is preferred. Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operational manuals. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong mathematical aptitude for calculating figures and percentages. Problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Food Safety Certification. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform various tasks throughout the shift. Ability to adapt to different work environments and conditions. Essential Job Functions:Supervise up to 20 team members, adhering to company policies and applicable laws. Maintain store conditions as per company standards and regulatory compliance. Ensure excellent customer service and uphold high integrity and ethics. Oversee effective use of supplies and equipment. Stock and rotate items on shelves, coolers, and displays. Organize and maintain cleanliness in the backroom. Verify product quality and accuracy of signage. Manage the opening and closing of the cash office, including reconciliations and deposits. Conduct required logging and safety checks. Communicate effectively with the Store Manager regarding store conditions and incidents. Typically work nights and weekends, with full-time hours averaging 40 per week. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
