Technical Program Manager

Required SkillsProven experience successfully driving large-scale, enterprise-wide technical programs (specifically centralization, platform consolidation, or digital transformation).Hands-on experience leveraging modern AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) for workflow optimization, technical documentation generation, data synthesis, and productivity enhancement.Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), system architecture concepts, and modern Cloud/SaaS infrastructure environments.Preferred Qualifications5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Management, or Operations Leadership in a scaling tech company.Familiarity with modern program management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Industry certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe are a plus.Experience developing custom AI prompts or workflows for business and engineering automation.
