Quality Inspector – 1st ShiftSchedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + OvertimeEnvironment: Clean, quiet, team-based production floorWhy This Role Stands OutWork with advanced inspection equipment (CMM, MicroVues, microscopes)Be part of a high-impact quality team supporting medical/electronic buildsEnjoy a clean, organized, and collaborative environmentFun, team-focused culture with events, games, and employee perksOpportunities for overtime + continuous improvement involvementWhat You'll DoInspect incoming PCBAs and electronic components for quality and compliancePerform microscope inspections (solder joints, wiring, board integrity)Use precision tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMMs, vision systemsCompare parts to blueprints, drawings, and specificationsIdentify and document defects & non-conformances in QMS systemsReview travelers, conformance reports, and inspection documentationSupport final inspections and overall quality processesPartner with production teams in a cell-based environmentContribute to continuous improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking For2–3+ years of quality inspection experience (electronics or mechanical)Strong experience with PCBA / circuit board inspectionComfortable working under a microscope for detailed inspectionsSkilled with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)Ability to read blueprints and technical documentationExperience documenting results in QMS, Excel, or similar systemsSharp eye for detail and ability to identify defects accuratelyNice-to-Have (Big Plus!)IPC 610/620 certification (current or past)Experience with CMMs, MicroVues, or vision systemsExperience in medical device or electronics manufacturingFamiliarity with cell-based production environmentsWork EnvironmentCleanroom-style, organized production floorTeam-oriented, cell-based workflowHands-on role using advanced inspection toolsQuiet environment focused on quality and precisionCulture & PerksStrong team culture where your work makes an impactCompany events like State Fair outings, cookouts, games, and happy hoursUnique perks like an indoor basketball court & recreation spaceSupportive environment where employees feel valued and includedIf you take pride in precision, enjoy working with electronics, and want to be part of a high-quality team—this is a great opportunity to grow your career.Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
