We are dedicated to fostering a family-oriented work environment that values growth, integrity, and exceptional service.Candidate Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reverse Mortgage Loan Specialist Assistant to join our highly successful Senior Loan Specialist / Account Executive, based in Park Ridge, NJ. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of mortgage processing experience/Loan Origination experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Reverse Mortgage knowledge is a strong plus, but we are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow within the company.Duties included but not limited to:Assist Loan Specialist from application through closingGather, review, and organize borrower documentationCommunicate with clients, title companies, Mortgage Brokers and third partiesEnsure loan files are accurate, complete, and compliantMaintain strong follow-up and pipeline managementSupport daily office and administrative functions as neededQualifications:Minimum 3 years mortgage processing or 3 years as a Loan OriginatorFamiliarity with FNMA guidelines, TILA regulations, Fair Housing laws, and mortgage underwriting proceduresProven experience in loan origination or processing within mortgage processExcellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionallyAbility to multitask efficiently while adhering to strict regulatory standards & strict deadlines.Strong attention to detailSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyReliable, organized, and professionalCompensation:Competitive salaryVery aggressive bonus structureOpportunity for growth and long-term advancementIf you are a high achiever, dependable, motivated, and looking to join a supportive and successful team, this may be the career path opportunity for you.All inquiries are kept strictly confidential.
