Working with both our Employees and Clients, this position is service-oriented and requires strong communication skills. This is a remote position with excellent advancement potential, and applicants must be from the greater Philadelphia or DC metro areas.Staffing Specialist Responsibilities:Manage all necessary employment paperworkManage incoming job orders and candidate matchingEstablish and continue effective communication with supervisors and clientsMonitor daily employee check-ins, time entries, and approvalsBuild effective applicant sources to attract new applicantsManage weekly job posts for the market and update centralized service on recruiting needsManage a schedule of interviewing qualified candidatesCounsel the candidate regarding all organizational standards, expectations, procedures, and policies is a vital element of the interview processConduct in-person and virtual interviews to access whether the candidate is an appropriate fitManage the onboarding process and training with all applicantsMaintain a positive working relationship with current and future employeesHandle employee relations mattersCounsel the employee on feedback from clients and expectations for assignmentsEnsure the workforce is using application technology and following safety guidelines while on assignment.Requirements:A minimum of 1-3 years in a recruiting or staffing roleStaffing software competency preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility in schedule with overtime, as determined by the Regional Operations ManagerAbility to work in a team environmentAdvanced level computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.We leverage leading-edge technology to efficiently match great people with great companies and lifelong careers in Multifamily.Founded in 1997, InterSolutions is a residential property management staffing agency that places office, leasing, maintenance, and concierge associates in temporary, temp-to-perm, JumpStart payroll, contract, and direct hire positions.
