OverviewJob Title: Sourcing Analyst II - Apparel/Accessories SourcingDuration: 10 - 12 Months (Possible Extension)Number of Openings: 2Team/ReportingWho you will work with: In this role you will be part of the global Sport Category Sourcing team, reporting to the Global Sports Apparel (GSA) sourcing Director. You will collaborate daily with Sport Focus Product Creation, Finance, Supply Planning, Materials, and Manufacturing teams.What We Are Looking ForAs a Sourcing Analyst II, we're looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial person to manage sourcing and cost planning activities. The ideal candidate will provide a proactive approach to bring multiple stakeholders together and thrives in a cross-functional environment. This role is perfect for a teammate with product creation and manufacturing experience with strong communication skills.The candidate needsBachelor's degree in Business, Textiles, Supply Chain, or related field or an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degreeMinimum of 3 years relevant work experience supply chain, product or manufacturing experience a plusStrategic thinking and enterprise mindsetAbility to maintain a high level of integrity, remain effective in an environment of ambiguity, and have strong attention to detailsStrong analytical skills. Able to manipulate and shape data to answer questions, identify trends, and provide business solutions to complex issues.Ability to communicate up and down to different levels of the organization as well as listen and respond to diverse stakeholder inputWhat You'll Work OnYou will be responsible for a specialty sport such as Cricket, Basketball Special Projects, and Olympics sideline product, working with the triad to build the appropriate source strategy and ensure you execute to that strategy. You will drive profitability by defining the style level targets by working with Finance to understand the Sport Category profitability targets.The role entailsCreating and executing the various Sport Focus sourcing strategiesManaging the cost planning process to ensure profitability, helping product teams assess tradeoffs between product cost/margin and other criteriaUnderstand global sourcing process from strategic sourcing to seasonal execution.J-18808-Ljbffr
