Retail Maintenance Engineer

Job Description NIR Retail LLC is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our property maintenance engineering team.Full-time and Part-time hours available.HOUSING AVAILABLE for full-time position!!Responsibilities:Maintain the general condition of the retail property with regards to all aspects of basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, grounds keeping and preventative maintenance workMaintain timelines and work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance programCheck work orders, make rounds checking these problem areas and note any information needed or safety concerns in the retail areasSchedule work in accordance with preventive maintenance program, coordinating with the Operations ManagerPerform general maintenance to Retail public areasAssist other engineering personnel as instructed by Operations Manager in regards to routine and preventive maintenanceSkills:A basic knowledge of troubleshooting plumbing, HVAC and electrical issuesPrevious experience in a similar positionBe a clear thinker and perform well under pressure work assignments.Work and perform job functions with minimal supervision.Applicants should also work well under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor.White Elephant Resorts is a premier employer with spectacular benefits and compensation, including a competitive salary and bonus package; health, vision and dental; paid vacation; vested 401(K) plan; life insurance; long term care; health club reimbursement; dining, retail and hotel discounts and much more.
