This position requires a compassionate, dedicated individual committed to enhancing the quality of life for their clients.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.Help clients with mobility issues, including transferring, walking, and navigating stairs.Perform light housekeeping duties.Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and errands.Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, and needs to appropriate family members or healthcare professionals.Administer medications as prescribed and oversee the client's health-related tasks.Maintain client confidentiality and respect privacy at all times.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent, certification in personal care, nursing assistant, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in a caregiving role or similar position is advantageous.Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR certification is desirable.Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and assistance with mobility.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and patient demeanor.Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.Must pass a background check and have a clean criminal record.BenefitsHoliday pay
