The opportunity We’re hiring our first BDR in Barcelona to build Pensero’s outbound motion across Europe.
You’ll help define how we engage CTOs and engineering leaders across multiple markets — including Spain, the UK, Germany,France, and the Nordics. This is a founding GTM role with real autonomy and responsibility.
You’ll work directly with our Head of Sales, founders, and product team to test messaging, refine ICPs, and turn conversations into qualified opportunities.
If you want to grow fast, work in a high-ownership environment, and help build a European sales engine from scratch, this role is for you.
We work hybrid: three days in our Barcelona office, two days remote.
What you'll do Opportunity Generation
Building and owning a list of high-value enterprise, VC/PE backed software and fast growth scale ups and outsourced consulting target accounts.Researching and mapping senior stakeholders (Founders, CEO’s, CTO, VP Eng, CIO, Head of Product)Running personalized outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phoneMulti-threading within large organizationsFollowing up on inbound leads from marketing and eventsUnderstanding pain points around visibility, productivity, and performanceRevenue Operations
Maintaining clean, accurate CRM dataWorking with growth engineers to automate research and outreachTesting and improving messaging, cadences, and conversion ratesSupporting the rollout of new sales tools and workflowsMarketing & Events
