As we continue expanding across North America, we are seeking talented individuals who want to help shape the future of sustainable mobility and create exceptional customer experiences.Position OverviewVimo Mobility is seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused After-Sales Manager to establish and lead our post-purchase support infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring dealer and customer satisfaction through exceptional technical support, service training, warranty administration, and field service operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and diagnostic expertise with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will serve as the bridge between our product, engineering, dealer, and customer support teams while helping build scalable service processes as Vimo continues to grow.Responsibilities·      Develop and implement after-sales service strategies including warranty, technical support, and parts management·      Serve as the primary technical support contact for dealers and service partners·      Manage warranty claim submission, validation, and resolution·      Create and deliver technical training materials for dealer technicians·      Develop service manuals, technical bulletins, and repair procedures·      Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve products·      Monitor spare parts inventory and forecast service needs·      Track product performance and identify recurring field issues·      Support dealer development and customer satisfaction initiatives·      Travel domestically and internationally for factory training and supplier coordination as neededQualifications·      3+ years of experience in after-sales support, technical support, field service, or automotive/EV industries·      Hands-on experience with vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, and repair procedures·      Experience delivering technical training preferred·      Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills·      Proficiency with diagnostic software and Microsoft Office·      Excellent communication and organizational skills·      Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independentlyCompensationBase Salary: $6,500–$8,000 per month Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding EV companyLocationJacksonville, FloridaEqual Opportunity EmployerVimo Mobility is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive workplace and welcomes candidates from all backgroun
