A company is looking for a Property Accounting Manager responsible for managing a team of accountants and ensuring accurate financial reporting for client projects. Key Responsibilities Manage a Property Accounting team and oversee the preparation of financials for various projects Act as a liaison between clients, property management, and the accounting team, ensuring timely completion of client requests Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance, and provide training and support to team members Required Qualifications Prior management experience is strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years of experience Experience leading a team of degreed accountants in financial statement preparation In-depth understanding of accounting methods and financial principles Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of customer service
