Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and experienced in assembly work? We are seeking Electronic Assemblers to join a fast-paced production team. If you enjoy working with electronic components, circuit boards, and precision assembly, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Read work orders, production drawings, and assembly instructions
Follow quality system procedures and manufacturing standards
Assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools and fixtures
Crimp, solder, rivet, screw, bolt, and secure parts according to specifications
Mount transformers, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and other components
Route and connect wires, terminals, connectors, and printed circuit boards
Install finished assemblies and subassemblies
Assemble and attach hardware including switches, housings, faceplates, knobs, and clamps
Perform sanding, cleaning, bonding, stamping, etching, and coding operations
Operate machines used to press, shape, or wind component parts
Trim and adjust materials to meet electrical and dimensional specifications
Conduct inspections and go/no-go testing to ensure quality standards are met
Test, troubleshoot, and assemble circuit boards
Support inventory control and stockroom activities
Prepare, pick, and kit components using parts lists
Rework assemblies and resolve product issues as needed
Pull assemblies for customer orders and assist with packing finished products
Track incoming parts and maintain receiving logs for kit shortages
Qualifications
Previous electronics assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and assembly drawings
Experience with soldering and electronic component assembly is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment
Basic computer and inventory tracking skills preferred
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
