Operating within the world's leading Oral Care Company, we are leveraging leading cloud based marketing technology to digitally connect. This role will support our Digital Marketing and Advertising Technology organization in deploying best in class technology to optimize and expand digital engagement programs leading to better targeting and engagement with our professionals, customers and consumers. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team to help realize our vision. This role will involve planning, business and data analysis, functional and technical design, focused on the implementation of Digital Marketing and Advertising technologies. The ideal candidate is very customer focused and works well both independently and within a team. The candidate needs to be a self-starter, eager to learn and leverage new technologies to build the best digital experience for our customers. They need excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to multitask. This position is based out of the Piscataway, NJ location. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.What you'll do:Strategic Roadmap & Solutioning: Translate product and marketing strategies into multi-year MarTech roadmaps, specializing in maximizing value from SFMC and Data Cloud (or similar stacks like Adobe/Braze).Technical Documentation & Traceability: Author comprehensive requirements, user stories, and testing plans to ensure successful delivery and full traceability of technical solutions.Agile Backlog Management: Lead the Agile/Scrum process by prioritizing, scoring, and tracking the product backlog to ensure consistent delivery in high-pressure environments.Systems Governance & Integration: Oversee the configuration and maintenance of SFMC/Data Cloud, ensuring seamless data flows, integration health, and absolute data integrity.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, vendors, and marketing teams to design scalable, secure solutions and guide campaign architecture during collaborative sessions.Innovation & Emerging Tech: Drive continuous ecosystem elevation by assessing emerging trends, such as AI integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or similar8+ years hands on experience with MarTech platformsExperience acting as a technical lead or subject matter expert on at least one MarTech platform engagement (client projects, internal initiatives, or enterprise-scale deployments).Experience with data integrations involving Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or migrating between legacy and modern marketing platformDemonstrated experience creating and managing business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specs, technical specs, content strategy, interactions, SLAs, and test plans.Exposure to data governance, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, FINRA), and preference center management.Preferred Qualifications:Comfortable navigating ambiguity - in business requirements, technology options and project directionStrong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes across complex tech stacks.Proven ability to work in a cross-functional and matrixed environment.Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification, Salesforce Data Cloud CertificationCompensation and Benefits:Salary Range $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
