We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Head of Performance Architecture & Intelligence to join our People Team. This role is located in New York, NY.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Performance System Architecture
Design and continuously evolve the organization's performance management and feedback ecosystems (including 360 processes)
Translate enterprise strategy into performance frameworks, behaviors, and measurement models
Ensure performance systems remain relevant in a rapidly changing, AI-augmented workforce
Performance Intelligence & Insights
Define and operationalize what "high performance" means across roles, teams, and functions
Leverage data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities to generate actionable insights on performance trends
Partner with product and data teams to enhance performance-related tools and decision support
Experience & Behavior Design
Shape manager and employee experiences that drive meaningful, high-quality performance conversations
Design interventions that improve feedback quality, goal alignment, and accountability
Move from process compliance ? behavior change and performance outcomes
Product & Technology Partnership
Collaborate with People tech and product teams on system design, implementation, and optimization
Influence roadmap decisions for performance-related platforms and tools
Ensure seamless integration between performance systems and broader talent ecosystems
Change & Adoption Strategy
Lead communication strategies and executive/manager enablement for performance-related initiatives
Drive adoption through clear narratives, capability building, and behavioral nudges
Anticipate future shifts in work (AI, automation, new role structures) and evolve performance approaches accordingly
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
8+ years of total work experience and a Bachelor's degree in organization development, industrial/organizational psychology, human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred (e.g., MS I/O Psychology, MBA, MA OD).
Demonstrated expertise in performance management framework design, calibration, program assessment, delivery methodologies, and technology enablement.
Proven experience translating analytics into action across talent decisions, succession, and rewards.
Familiarity with regulatory considerations and compliance requirements across global jurisdictions.
Bias to action, extremely high attention to detail, ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
