Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a mid-level software engineer to build secure, scalable REST services and modern UI features using Java and TypeScript/Angular. You will contribute across the stack, own deliverables in Agile sprints, and help improve CI/CD, automated testing, and documentation practices in an enterprise/government program environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and test full-stack features using Java (REST APIs) and Angular (UI)Build and consume RESTful APIs; integrate with internal/external servicesImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines; automate builds, tests, and deploymentsWrite and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, UI) and support code quality standardsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to secure, maintainable, performant solutionsApply security-minded development practices and support DevSecOps/secure SDLC expectationsTroubleshoot and resolve issues across application and API layers; support defect triage and root cause analysisCollaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies; manage work in Jira and document in ConfluenceProduce clear technical documentation and operational runbooksBasic Qualifications:3–6 years of professional software engineering experienceStrong Java experience (e.g., building REST APIs; familiarity with Spring/Spring Boot)Proficient in TypeScript and Angular for enterprise web applicationsHands-on experience with Git and pull request workflowsExperience with build/package tools (e.g., Maven/Gradle, npm)Demonstrated experience designing and integrating APIs using JSON/HTTP best practicesPractical experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using Jira/ConfluenceStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)Familiarity with test frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Jest/Jasmine, Cypress/KarmaKnowledge of OWASP/secure coding practices and cloud/container fundamentals
