We are a boutiqe agency that provides unbeatable service and traveler care. 50-Mile Radius Minimum Applied for This Position **CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM of 2 YEARS' CURRENT CRITICAL CARE AND Current/recent EPIC EMR experience. Critical Care experience must be in medium to large sized facilities as we receive level I Trauma and are a Trauma/Neuro/Surgical ICU. Assignment is in a 30-bed ICU, a designated COVID-admission unit with both COVID and non-COVID Critical Care Trauma/Neuro/Surgical patients . Floating to 4 Tower ICU/PCU COVID admission unit and other critical care units. Critical Care Competencies required include; Vent management (Surgical, neuro or trauma ICU experience strongly preferred) with comfort level managing patients with vents, ventricular drains, with drips including: Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, Insulin, pressors, and other titratable drips etc; central lines (CVP and AL.) REQUIRED Certifications: ACLS (AHA,) BLS (AHA,) and NIHSS Cert. Patient:Nurse ratio in critical care generally 2:1, but may occasionally vary due to unit/census/staffing/acuity. Schedule every weekend: Fri/Sat/Sun; may also discuss 48 hr guarantee if available! Candidate must be able to pass basic dysrhythmia, basic hemodynamic monitoring and medication exams on first day.
