You'll pair with the founder of Noble Partners and clients to deliver meaningful AI automation of core functionality.The role involves assisting in the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions, analyzing business challenges to recommend AI-driven strategies, and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams. The Junior AI Solution Specialist will also test and fine-tune AI algorithms, support data preparation efforts, and ensure alignment of AI implementations with business goals.You'll learn Noble Partners and client business processes and turn that into meaningful, usable tooling.QualificationsStrong understanding of business processes - how do companies workSolid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, and something to show during the interview!Light experience with OO design on Python (or similar languages)Proficiency in data analysis, data preparation, and working with structured and unstructured data (have you built documents, data sets, more using AI?)Knowledge of deploying AI solutions and evaluating model performanceStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPassion for learning and staying updated on emerging AI technologiesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in technology consulting or working on AI projects is a plus
