At our company, we have a culture of trust and mutual respect; and for you, working with us can mean deeper job satisfaction, better rewards, and a great quality of life inside and outside of work.QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering plus a minimum of 6 years of experience in a broad application of electrical engineering skillsBroad experience with development of a variety of engineering drawings, schematics, and technical reports, thereby possessing a strong ability to review, critique, and approve the engineering work of others (PLM Technical Approver role)International engagement is a routing element of this role, and occasional travel (5‐10%)Experience managing people in a supervisory/managerial roleMaster of Science degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering (preferred)Experience in the aerospace or another highly regulated industry (preferred)Strong people skills to lead assigned team, interface with other section heads, and global managers, and assist with globally‐matrixed projectsResponsibilitiesLead a team of electrical engineers assigned to develop test equipment in the Aircraft Group, serving as direct supervisor for 1‐10 direct reports.Provide technical mentoring and training to develop team competency, skills, and efficiency to meet test equipment engineering global standards.Work with the Test Equipment Site Manager(s) to assign engineers to projects as required and be accountable for the team's performance in executing their project responsibilities.Enforce process compliance and participate in process development to improve efficiency and rigor.Perform performance reviews for assigned staff and participate in workforce planning and recruiting/hiring.Serve as an individual contributor 50% of the time and as a direct contributor to assigned projects 50‐75% capacity.Technical CompetenciesAnalog/Digital Circuit DesignElectronic Test Console (ETC) Design for ATP, QTP for flight control system componentsDesign of Real‐time HIL/SIL test systems for complex flight control systemsCabling design for flight control test systemsElectromechanical design and packagingPrinted Wiring Board (PWB) Design #J-18808-Ljbffr
