Reservationist - Hialeah Gardens, FL

Key Transportation is seeking a Reservationist to join our team, with transportation experience. Our Reservationists are required to have a strong knowledge of general office duties such as answering multi-line phone, data entry, excellent customer service with Customers via phone/email/etc. Key Transportation is a subsidiary of Dolphin Transportation Specialists. We are the largest independently owned, operated, and maintained fleet of luxury and commercial vehicles in the Southeast Florida region which also includes Sarasota, Marco Island and Naples areas. Our ideal candidate will have the following strengths: Reservations/Customer Service experience in the transportation business Knowledge of the area (Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach) Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills High energy level and commitment to assigned tasks REQUIREMENTS: Must speak and write fluent English, Spanish is a plus Solid computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook and ability to master new programs quickly Customer Service oriented with experience handling customer complaints and problems Must be open to work a flexible shift and any day of the week, as Key is open 24/7, 365 days/ year.
