Lead Server/Bartender

BARTENDER The Salty Cod has a requirement for well-seasoned servers/bartender lead to add to our front of the House team. All applicants must be dedicated, passionate about bar craft, eager to learn, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to have excellent wine and beer knowledge to educate guests on our unique concept. Familiarity with serving is needed. Applicant will be expected to thoroughly understand the food menu and how to sell it. Must be able to collaborate well with coworkers and patrons to create a unique and pleasant well round experience. Cleanliness, professionalism, and punctuality are an absolute necessity. Candidates are required to adhere to company policies and procedures Candidates will assist Front of House Manager and General Manager on up keeping standards.
