Description: Top Skills:Experience as a Solutions Architect in an enterprise environment architecting complex solutionsand product management for Payment and Fraud solutions.Experience with Payments from a Fraud/Security perspective - ability to design for specificsecurity threat models and able to describe basic and advanced security and compliance aspectsof cloud platform primitivesExperience with AWS services - developing, deploying, scaling, and maintaining softwaresystems; a majority of this experience should come from working in and around cloud-basedservicesA day in the life:As a Senior Architect you support delivery teams in detailed solution roadmaps for a well-defined set ofcapabilities or logical group of systems, services or projects. You partner closely with engineers andproject management to ensure that implementation meets design expectations. You are proactive inreaching out to architects and leaders in teams with which your technology integrates and you driveresults through strong cross-functional collaboration. You serve as the organization’s subject matterexpert for capabilities in your portfolio and work actively within the Architecture Community of Practice.In partnership with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product Owners, Engineers and otherArchitects, you provide leadership in defining project requirements and success criteria alongwith guiding the design throughout the development lifecycle.Participate and present at architecture design reviews.Proactively align with key stakeholders, seek organizational context, and apply learnings toarchitecture solutions; be comfortable supporting and communicating with diverse technicaland business teams.Evaluate, document, and escalate alterations to future state architectures.Communicates trade-offs in different types of engineering and architecture processes and adjustyour team’s process to meet the needs of the project and others on the team.Contribute to the growth and strength of the architecture community of practice by activelyattending and presenting at community events.Additional Qualifications:• BS / BA in technology related discipline or relevant industry experience.• Minimum 5 years of real-world experience developing, deploying, scaling, and maintainingsoftware systems; a majority of this experience should come from working in and around cloud-based services.• Payments and fraud experience for retail or eCommerce businesses is strongly preferred.• Deep hands-on experience using compute, networking, storage, and database components inAmazon AWS (preferred).• Able to design for specific security threat models and able to describe basic and advancedsecurity and compliance aspects of cloud platform primitives.• Be able to describe the key services of a given cloud platform and be able to selectappropriately for given use cases, e.g., compute, storage, analytics, cost etc.
