The Role We're hiring a Decompression Coordinator to run the day-to-day of our decompression program. You'll set patients up on our various decompression units, guide them through their sessions, and become a steady, familiar face in their care over the 3–4 months they're with us. This role is a lot like a vet tech or dental hygienist — you don't need to be the doctor, but you do need a working understanding of anatomy, a comfort with hands-on patient care, and the people skills to build real trust over time. What You'll Do * Set up and monitor patients on spinal decompression units each visit, following the treatment plan established by the doctor * Build genuine, ongoing relationships with patients over the course of their 3–4 month program — you'll see the same faces regularly and become part of their routine * Explain what's happening in each session and why, in a way that's clear, warm, and educational — patients should leave every visit understanding their progress * Track patient progress and communicate updates to the clinical team * Learn and assist with additional therapies over time, including shockwave therapy * Keep treatment areas and equipment clean, organized, and ready for each patient * Represent the EVOLVE culture — welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely invested in each patient's outcome, with the kind of white-glove attention to detail that makes patients feel truly taken care of What We're Looking For * A naturally personable, warm communicator who builds trust easily * Basic understanding of human anatomy (coursework, prior healthcare/fitness experience, or a strong willingness to learn quickly) * High-energy, enthusiastic, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment * Respectful, patient, and genuinely caring — this role is built on relationships, not just tasks * Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow into new skills and responsibilities * Prior experience in a clinical, fitness, or patient-facing healthcare role (e.g., chiropractic assistant, vet tech, dental assistant/hygienist, physical therapy tech) is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person Compensation & Growth * Starting pay: *$18-$21/hour* * Full-time position with a path to benefits, including *401(k) contribution* * Hands-on training in decompression therapy and additional modalities like shockwave therapy * Real opportunity to grow within a expanding practice Schedule Full-time, approximately 34 hours/week: * Monday: 8:30am–1:00pm, 3:00pm–6:00pm * Tuesday: 8:30am–1:00pm, 3:00pm–6:00pm * Wednesday: 8:30am–1:00pm, 3:00pm–6:00pm * Thursday: 12:00pm–1:00pm, 2:00pm–6:00pm * Friday: 8:30am–3:00pm How to Apply Apply directly on Indeed, or email your resume to drjameswarrenhaley@gmail.com Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week Work Location: In person
