Job DescriptionNevada Best PCA is a non-medical, in-home personal care agency serving elderly and disabled clients through Medicaid-funded services. We are currently seeking an experienced Intake & Authorization Specialist to join our growing team.This is a key office position that requires strong healthcare experience, excellent computer skills, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. This role is not entry-level.Position OverviewThe Intake & Authorization Specialist is responsible for managing new client intakes, Medicaid authorizations, client files, and ongoing communication with caseworkers, clients, and internal staff. This position requires the ability to work independently, stay highly organized, and handle sensitive healthcare information accurately.We are looking for reliable, long-term candidates who want to grow with the company.
