We're bringing on experienced professionals to help build and support our presence in these regions.Position Overview:We are looking for a highly experienced Licensed Journeyman Plumber with 10+ years in the field to join our team as a Plumbing Advisor. This is a consultant-style role focused on providing expert guidance on plumbing projects, supporting field teams, and helping ensure high-quality execution across all work.This role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired professional who is not currently working full-time and wants to stay active in the industry in a flexible advisory capacity.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert guidance on plumbing projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systemsAdvise teams on cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and systems in residential infrastructureSupport troubleshooting of water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and related plumbing issuesAdvise on water heaters, sump pumps, ejector systems, and other residential plumbing componentsEnsure proper installation and maintenance practices for DWV and sanitary systemsAct as a mentor and technical resource for field techniciansRequirements10+ years of plumbing experienceMust be a Licensed Journeyman PlumberRetired or semi-retired (not currently working full-time)Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systemsSkilled with plumbing tools and diagnostic methodsStrong communication and mentoring abilityExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailTrade school or apprenticeship completion preferred
