As our VP of CAS, you will shape the vision, build high-performing teams, elevate our client experience, and help us deliver advisory work that is both meaningful and impactful.If you enjoy blending financial insight with relationship-building, and you are excited about technology, process improvement, and coaching strong talent, this role is for you.What You Will DoLead the PracticeDrive the growth of our CAS practice by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client partnerships.Represent the CAS function internally and externally as a strategic and innovative service line.Deliver Exceptional Client ServiceOversee complex financial reporting, month-end close processes, and technical accounting work.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all engagements.Provide financial analysis that clearly explains the why behind the numbers and offers actionable recommendations.Build and Develop TeamsLead, mentor, and support managers, senior accountants, and staff.Create a culture that is collaborative, curious, and committed to excellence.Improve and InnovateChampion cloud-based tools and AI-driven automation to streamline processes and strengthen insights.Refine workflows and drive operational improvements that support excellent service delivery.Drive Strategic AlignmentCollaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies, proposals, and practice-wide initiatives.Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and communicate updates clearly.Partner with departments across the firm to maintain strong alignment.What You BringRequiredBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required with strong experience).10+ years leading high-performing teams.A track record of driving revenue and operational excellence.Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.PreferredExperience in CAS, outsourced accounting, or professional services.Familiarity with GAAP and technical accounting concepts.Experience with technology implementation or process automation.Additional DetailsSupervision: You will lead our accounting team.Work Environment: Primarily office-based with standard office equipment.Travel: Occasional travel for client meetings, conferences, or firm events.Flexibility: This description may evolve as our practice continues to grow.
