Events & Marketing Coordinator

Overview We are seeking a creative and organized Events & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about event planning, marketing, and community engagement. You will coordinate parties and events, manage our social media presence, collaborate with vendors, and ensure seamless promotions across our bowling alley, restaurant, and bars. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for all party and private event bookings. Develop and manage event packages; coordinate logistics with staff. Plan and promote events that complement existing operations and enhance bar sales. Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Make skits ands cross post with our staff’s personal social media Collaborate with beer/liquor vendors for branded events and promotional giveaways. Monitor, track, and report on event performance and customer engagement. Assist with internal promotional campaigns aligning the bowling alley and bar offerings. Ensure events do not conflict with league schedules or regular operations. Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in event planning, marketing, or hospitality. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Willingness to work some nights and weekends, depending on events. Must be based on O‘ahu or able to reliably commute to Pearl City. Bowling experience is not required; training will be provided. Preferred Skills Experience coordinating events or social campaigns. Background in hospitality or food & beverage. Basic understanding of vendor and community partnership coordination.
