They are seeking a senior HR executive who can both shape strategy and remain hands-on in execution while supporting a dynamic, field-driven workforce.This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to executive leadership, with responsibility for building scalable HR infrastructure and driving people strategy during a period of significant growth.What You'll Do:Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational designLead all HR operations including employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and benefits administrationDrive full-cycle recruiting across skilled trades and corporate rolesBuild and enhance engagement, onboarding, training, and development programsOversee performance management across field and office teamsChampion a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and operational excellenceManage HR systems, vendors, and multi-site HR processesLead, develop, and scale the HR team and supporting infrastructureWhat We're Looking For:10+ years of progressive HR leadership experienceBackground in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades environmentsExperience working with unionized employee populations requiredStrong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of leadershipDemonstrated success driving employee engagement and retention initiativesProven ability to build, scale, and strengthen HR functions and infrastructureComfortable engaging and influencing employees from field-level teams through executive leadershipAbility to manage complex, competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience with UKG and multi-state HR operations strongly preferredAdditional Details:Fully onsite, Monday–FridayHigh-visibility role with direct executive exposure and partnershipAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
