Lab Operations Continuous Improvement Engineer (Fremont)
This is 100% onsite role in Fremont, CA 94538.The Fremont Lab Operations team is expanding and transforming R&D labs to support evolving business needs while maintaining a safe, customer-trusted, and efficient lab environment, with a forward-looking focus on lab automation.This role will lead and support lab improvements initiatives that enable operational business goals and enhance the experience of lab users across business units. The engineer will apply strong problem-solving skills, project management, and Six Sigma methodologies to design new systems, improve existing services, and increase execution efficiency within the lab community.The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven engineer who excels at solving complex problems and managing multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
