In this role, you'll provide exceptional care for our furry guests while ensuring a clean, safe, and loving environment for them to thrive. Responsibilities: Feed, water, and exercise dogs according to their specific needs and schedules. Maintain cleanliness of kennels, play areas, and common spaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Monitor the health and behavior of dogs, reporting any concerns to management. Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians or supervisors. Assist with grooming and bathing of dogs to keep them looking and feeling their best. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with pet owners and answering inquiries. Participate in training and socialization activities to promote positive behavior. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the highest standards of care. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in animal care preferred. Strong passion for animals and a commitment to their well-being. Ability to lift and handle dogs of various sizes safely. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of dog behavior and health indicators. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in a kennel or veterinary setting is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
