Position Type:Social Worker-Counselor/Social WorkerDate Posted:4/6/2026Location:All buildingsClosing Date:Until FilledDistrict:Swartz Creek Community School District2 Positions AvailableGeneral Duties and Responsibilities:Provide behavior/SEL/mental health support to all studentsComplete student risk assessmentsMaintain required recordsProvide crisis intervention services as neededProvide/connect students/families with appropriate support servicesConnect students/families with appropriate outside support agenciesConsult with teachers/administrators/counselors to support student behavioral/SEL/mental health needsPunctual, regular and consistent attendance is requiredOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Master's degree in Social Work?Must hold (or qualify for) a valid State of Michigan license?(LMSW, LLMSW, SSW, and/or LPC)Embodies high ethical standards and integrity.
